Robert and Sheila Hanford will be featured in this year’s RAVE benefit concert at The Musical Offering.

I will be performing in this year’s annual fundraiser to benefit The Musical Offering, Evanston's community music school. I’ll sing Carlos Surinach’s song cycle, Flamenco Meditations with text from Elizabeth Barrett Browning’s Sonnets from the Portuguese.

This event features The Musical Offering faculty as well as local professional musicians, such as Robert and Sheila Hanford. Robert is the concert master of Chicago's Lyric Opera Orchestra. Music of Liszt, Piazolla, Moszkowski and Surinach will be performed.
